Pre-Legal – Real Estate

Responsible for conducting regular legal due diligence of properties and land, preparing preliminary legal notes and title reports, and verifying ownership, title, land records, approvals, and property-related documents. The role involves drafting and reviewing MOU, JDA, GPA, SPA, Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, Procurement Agreements, and other real estate transaction documents. Coordinate with law firms, external advocates, and internal legal teams to resolve legal issues, identify risks, and ensure properties are legally explicit before acquisition or transaction.

Requirements: Candidates should have relevant experience in real estate pre-legal, title verification, legal due diligence, property documentation, land records, and real estate agreements, with valuable knowledge of property laws and the ability to coordinate effectively with external legal specialists.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
