Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
Create 3D models, renders, and visual presentations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Visit project sites and assist with execution and quality checks.
Research materials, finishes, and design solutions.
Collaborate with the team throughout the design and execution process.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Freshers as well as experienced architects are welcome to apply.
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Valuable working knowledge of SketchUp.
Experience with AI rendering tools such as Veras, Midjourney, D5 AI, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
Knowledge of rendering software like Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, V-Ray, or Twinmotion is an added advantage.
Understanding of construction drawings and architectural detailing.




Positive design sense, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
