Job Title: Tender Executive
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Department: Sales / Commercial
Reporting To: Head – Sales / Estimation
Experience :- 1–8 years of relevant experience in tender coordination, tender management, sales support, commercial coordination, or similar roles.
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline; Engineering or Commerce graduates preferred.

Working days & Hours :- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off ) / 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze tender documents and understand technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
Prepare, compile, and submit online/offline tenders within deadlines.
Coordinate with Estimation, Technical, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant tender submissions.
Handle client queries, clarifications, and post-submission communication.
Follow up on tenders and quotations and track their status.
Maintain tender trackers, follow-up records, and client interaction reports.




Collect client feedback on proposals, pricing, and technical submissions.
Prepare MIS reports on tender submissions, follow-ups, and conversion.
Escalate delays or issues to management and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust follow-up, coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Valuable proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and email drafting.
Robust attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, and work effectively under pressure.
Strong coordination and team-working abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet strict tender submission deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
