Key Responsibilities :
Understand and gather business and project requirements from clients and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria, and other requirement documents.
Create process flows, workflow diagrams, user flows, and functional specifications for development and QA teams.
Create basic wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
Work closely with clients, developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and basic feasibility analysis for current ideas and client requirements.
Use AI tools for research, documentation, requirement analysis, and improving business processes.
Review developed features and check whether they match the approved requirements.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help identify and clarify issues.




Keep project documentation updated and ensure any changes in requirements are properly recorded and communicated.

Required Skills :
Must have 01 to 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT/software services company.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience with Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools.
Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint planning.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, APIs, and software development processes.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
