Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions over the phone.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards

Eligibility
Any Basic Degree Experience
Minimum of 1 year Experience in customer support .
Language: Excellent fluency in English is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts.

Salary & Benifits
