Position: Telecaller Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Telecalling / Calling
Location: Najafgarh, New Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Day Shift
Gender: Male / Female – Both can apply
Immediate joiners are required

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries and quotations.
Maintain accurate calling and lead records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified leads and meetings.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain qualified communication with customers.





Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant calling/telecalling experience.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM preferred.
Positive attitude, target-oriented and disciplined.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
