Key Responsibilities:
Manage production planning, MPS/MRP and capacity planning.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and resources.
Monitor production schedules, material availability and inventory.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores and Logistics.
Ensure timely delivery and optimum inventory levels.
Analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks.
Prepare MIS and planning reports for management.
Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Planning/PPC in the Tyre Manufacturing Industry.
Solid knowledge of MRP, MPS, capacity and inventory planning.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics.
Solid analytical, organizational and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
