The Outlet Manager is responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the assigned Rail Rolls outlet. The role includes managing staff, achieving sales targets, controlling food and inventory costs, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, handling customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Outlet Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Ensure the outlet is opened and closed according to the scheduled timings.
Ensure all operational procedures and company standards are followed.
Monitor overall outlet performance and resolve operational issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
