Automation Engineer – PLC & Industrial Automation

Job Summary

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI, drives, sensors, and machine commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs using Delta, Omron, and Mitsubishi.
Design and develop HMI screens, alarms, parameters, and machine sequences.
Configure and commission Servo Drives and VFDs.
Develop PLC I/O logic, interlocks, sequencing, and safety-related control logic.
Work with proximity sensors, SSR, thermocouples, PT-100/RTD, and other field instruments.
Perform PID programming and tuning for process applications.
Read electrical drawings and support control-panel wiring and testing.
Conduct machine debugging, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.




Identify automation faults and provide effective corrective solutions.
Maintain PLC/HMI programs, backups, parameters, and basic technical documentation.

Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation.
2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable understanding of electrical control systems and industrial machinery.
Willingness to travel for site commissioning, when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
