HR Generalist – For Manufacturing Company

Role Overview
The HR Generalist will independently manage and support key HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Conduct employee induction and onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and employee welfare initiatives.
Support statutory compliance by maintaining records and ensuring timely completion of required HR processes.
Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns and provide timely support.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation as required.
