Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads through calls, field visits, references, and other channels.
Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM/Excel records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Handle client queries and resolve issues professionally.
Identify new business prospects and market trends.

Requirements




3–6 years of experience in sales/business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good convincing and customer-handling ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
Candidates with B2B sales, real estate, construction, building materials, interior, or corporate sales experience will be preferred.
