JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD MARKETING MANAGER

Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Day Rotational Off

Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute offline marketing activities, generate quality leads, build local brand presence, and drive patient/customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
Identify and develop local marketing prospects, partnerships and tie-ups.
Conduct and manage BTL activities, camps, events, kiosks, society activations and outdoor promotions.
Generate and track leads through field activities and ensure proper follow-up with the sales/counselling team.
Manage and guide the field marketing team and monitor daily performance.
Analyse local market, competitors and customer behaviour to identify recent prospects.
Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing and Operations teams for campaign execution.




Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Track campaign performance, ROI and lead conversion, and prepare regular reports.
Take ownership of execution and measurable results, not just planning.

Requirements
Solid communication, negotiation and networking skills.
Good understanding of offline/field marketing and lead generation.
Ability to manage teams, vendors, events and multiple activities simultaneously.
Strong local market knowledge and relationship-building ability.
Result-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
