Inside Sales Executive – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential B2C customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain the products/services clearly.
Generate and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain customer and lead details in CRM.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.

Requirements:
This is a pure Inside Sales role.
Candidates with B2C sales experience will be preferred.
Candidates from the Healthcare / Medical / Wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Good English communication and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
