Working Hours: 9:15 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Job Summary

Skyline Architects is looking for an experienced and skilled Architect to join their team at Kamala Mills, Lower Parel. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural knowledge, valuable design skills, and the ability to handle projects efficiently from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs and concepts as per project requirements.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and working drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Ensure designs and drawings comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
Assist in project planning, execution, and coordination.




Review drawings and make necessary modifications based on project requirements.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.
Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Provide creative and practical design solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of architectural design and documentation.
Good understanding of working drawings and project coordination.
Proficiency in relevant architectural software.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
