Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Relations Intern to support our team in handling client communication, follow-ups, and customer service activities. This role is suitable for candidates who want to gain practical experience in customer relationship management and the overseas education industry.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients regarding their enquiries and applications.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our services.
Coordinate with the counselling, admission, visa, and other relevant teams.
Schedule appointments and counselling sessions.
Maintain and update customer information and follow-up details in the CRM.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Assist in collecting customer feedback and resolving basic queries.
Support the team during events, seminars, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular updates on follow-ups and customer interactions.

Requirements




Students or recent graduates from any discipline can apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Valuable interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience is not required; freshers are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of the overseas education industry will be an advantage.
