Job Description – Sales Manager (Poultry Sector)

Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Manage and expand the network of poultry farmers, traders, and customers.
Generate recent business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
Prepare regular sales, market, and collection reports for management.
Coordinate with operations, accounts, and other departments for smooth business operations.

Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience in the poultry industry or related sector.
Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and team-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.
Solid knowledge of poultry market, customers, and sales practices will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
