Job Title: Head Chef (Continental Cuisine)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to lead our cafe kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 year of relevant experience and a robust understanding of Continental dishes, presentation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of Continental dishes as per menu standards
Plan, design, and update menu items based on trends and customer preferences
Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of food
Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage
Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene practices




Coordinate with the purchase/store team for timely availability of ingredients
Train and mentor kitchen staff when required
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 year of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in a cafe/restaurant
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine
Basic understanding of kitchen operations, costing, and inventory control
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity in food presentation and menu planning

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
