Business Development Officer

Location: Bhima Jewels, Kodungallur

Job Summary

Bhima Jewels is looking for a agile and energetic Business Development Officer to promote business growth, generate leads, build customer relationships, and increase brand awareness in the local market. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of conducting field marketing activities to attract recent customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct field visits and customer outreach activities.
Promote Bhima Jewels products, schemes, and special offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Generate leads and convert them into sales prospects.
Coordinate and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve assigned business development targets.
Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and business activities.
Submit regular reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Male




Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Banking, Retail, or a related field.
Freshers with strong communication skills and field marketing interest may also apply.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to travel locally for business development activities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
