Duties & Responsibilities – Quality Engineer
Study project specifications, drawings, and quality standards to ensure proper execution.
Prepare and maintain quality checklists for various construction activities.
Inspect and test incoming construction materials as per prescribed standards.
Monitor workmanship and quality at every stage of construction.
Conduct and maintain concrete cube testing and other required quality tests.
Monitor material usage and control unnecessary wastage.
Ensure proper stacking, storage, handling, and preservation of materials at site.
Inspect completed buildings/units for quality and possession readiness.
Identify quality issues and coordinate with the Project Manager and site team for effective solutions.
Prepare detailed snag lists before possession and ensure timely rectification.
Track and close all snags in coordination with the Project Manager.
Maintain quality inspection, testing, and related project records.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, and company quality standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
