BUSINESS ANALYST

Experience: 0–3 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / BBA / B.Com/ MBA
Department: Business Development / Strategy

Role Purpose

To support management in business ideation, identifying recent opportunities, developing projects/JVs, and driving strategic initiatives across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new business, project, JV, and partnership prospects.
Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and chance assessment.
Support new project development and execution.
Develop business plans, roadmaps, proposals, and pitch decks.
Set up and maintain management dashboards, MIS, and risk-tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives.
Support stakeholder communication, query drafting,



and inter-company relationships.
Provide management with business insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Candidate Profile
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Business Analysis, or Project Development.
Strong interest in business development and new business opportunities.
Analytical, proactive, and commercially oriented.
Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, research, presentation, and communication.
Ability to convert ideas into structured plans and actionable initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
