Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in Fatigue durability testing.

Ability to understand vehicle component characteristics and drawing, ability to operate UG software.

Ability to do strain gauging, WFT setups, data acquisition on track.

Ability to operate GlyphWorks, TCE and RPC software.

Understanding of Hydraulic actuator and setup functionality for durability lab requirements.  Coordination with CAE/ design team.

Ability to operate Road load simulation Rigs, ensuring accurate testing simulation.

Root cause failure analysis for durability and strength testing.

Technical / Functional:
Solid fundamentals and knowledge in related functional areas i.e. CAE/ suspension design/ sheet metal/ knowledge of materials, theory of elasticity/ plasticity.

Knowledge of basic instruments i.e. accelerometer, LVDT, Strain gauging, Load cell.

Exposure to physical testing and ability to understand test conditions.

AI/ML and Automation scripting use in testing (optional exposure).
