Graduate Engineering Trainee – Civil

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Assist Site Engineers in day-to-day construction activities.
Monitor site work as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Assist in supervising civil works such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Assist in preparing daily progress reports and maintaining site records.
Support quantity measurements and basic material estimation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site requirements.
Learn and follow company processes, construction standards,



and project timelines.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of basic civil engineering concepts.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
Strong learning attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
