Build and maintain a running list of prospects worth chasing, and follow up until you get an answer.

Customer Visits, Tech Demos & Follow-Through
Travel to meet customers face to face and set up the first meeting once a lead shows real interest.
Arrange and coordinate technical demo sessions with our technical team, making sure the customer sees exactly what our systems can do.
Meet the customer again after the demo to transparent any doubts and keep the conversation moving toward a decision.

Tender, Deal Closure & Payment Follow-Up
Assist with tender/bid documentation for prospective orders, coordinating with the technical and commercial teams as needed.
Negotiate and help close the deal, working with the GM – Sales & Marketing on final commercial terms.
Follow up on payment collection with the customer after the order is placed, coordinating with Accounts as needed.





Post-Sale Support & Relationship Management
Keep the customer updated on production status during the delivery timeline, coordinating with the production team to answer status queries.
Track courier/shipment status after the order is dispatched and keep the customer updated until it's delivered.
If a customer needs product support after the sale, arrange a meeting with our support engineer to resolve it.
Follow up for repeat orders and recent project opportunities from existing customers.
Maintain the relationship long after the sale — the goal is a customer who keeps coming back.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
