Technical Product Manager

Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Mohali – Onsite

Job Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Define product roadmap, strategy, features, and priorities based on business and client requirements.
Gather requirements and prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development, UI/UX, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Handle client discussions, requirement gathering, product demos, and stakeholder communication.
Manage product backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and releases.
Understand and evaluate MERN/MEAN, AI/GenAI, Blockchain/Web3, APIs, and software architecture.
Analyze product performance, market trends, user feedback, and competitors to drive improvements.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Technical Product Management / Product Ownership.




Robust understanding of MERN/MEAN technologies and software development processes.
Experience working on AI/GenAI and Blockchain/Web3 projects.
Robust knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, and technical documentation.
Excellent client handling, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with a technical/development background will be preferred.
Experience with SaaS or technology products is an added advantage.

Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/MBA or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
