Answering Inquiries: Explaining product features, pricing, and advantages clearly to callers or respondents.
Overcoming Objections: Using persuasive communication and sales scripts to address customer doubts and close deals.
Data Recording: Updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with call outcomes, notes, and client contact details.
Target Management: Hitting daily, weekly, or monthly conversion and call-volume goals
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,783.71 per month
