Industry Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or dietary supplements (direct experience with Omega-3 or lipid supplements required).

Pharmacy Network Track Record: Demonstrated experience negotiating listing, shelf placement, and commercial promotions directly with major retail pharmacy chains and trade distributors.

Launch Capabilities: Proven success in leading end-to-end OTC/healthcare product launches, brand positioning, and trade marketing campaigns.

Commercial Expertise: Solid capabilities in trade scheme design, inventory tracking (sell-in/sell-out), field force enablement, and pharmacist recommendation programs.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or Marketing/Business. MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management preferred.

Brand Launch Execution* :



Define brand positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for the Omega-3 soft gel line.

Retail Chain Distribution: Secure listing, optimal shelf placement, end-cap displays, and co-marketing agreements with key pharmacy chain buyers.

Trade & Detailing Assets: Create high-impact promotional materials, educational collaterals for pharmacists, and field-force support aids.

Performance Tracking: Monitor launch budgets, ROMI, sales volume targets, pharmacy penetration, and stock rotation across sales channels.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
