The person will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision, maintenance and coordination of the properties and farm, working initially under the guidance of the owner and gradually taking greater independent responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Regular inspection and supervision of agricultural land and commercial properties.
Supervise farm workers, maintenance staff and other personnel.
Monitor general upkeep, cleanliness, security and maintenance of properties.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with plumbers, electricians, contractors and other service providers.
Coordinate with tenants and attend to routine property-related matters.
Follow up on rental payments and maintain basic records of tenants and rent.
Monitor agricultural activities, irrigation, labour and general farm maintenance.
Identify issues,



follow up on corrective action and ensure timely completion of work.
Obtain quotations and coordinate routine works, subject to the owner's approval.
Maintain records of property expenses, maintenance, rents, workers and other relevant matters.
Coordinate with local authorities, suppliers and service providers when required.
Provide regular updates to the owner regarding property, farm and financial matters.
Identify prospects for better utilisation, maintenance and development of the assets.
Take increasing responsibility for the overall management of the estate as trust and experience develop.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
