We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to manage and support our field marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of Marketing Executives.
Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
Track attendance, daily activities and onboarding numbers.
Train and motivate team members.
Resolve field-level issues and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Ensure the team follows company processes and achieves targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a field team.
Previous experience in sales, marketing or operations is preferred.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
