OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

The Java Spring Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that leverage cutting-edge technologies. This position is crucial to supporting HCLTech’s mission to provide high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions for clients, contributing directly to the company’s technological advancement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and the Spring Framework.
Develop data access layers and manage persistence using Hibernate ORM.
Work with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases for scalable data storage solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.




Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Document technical processes and architecture for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Solid experience in Java and the Spring Framework.
Hands-on expertise in Hibernate for object-relational mapping and data persistence.
Working knowledge of MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
