Hiring: Sales Officer / Territory Manager / Regional Manager

Locations: Patna, Ranchi, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Bokaro

Experience: 5+ years

Job Responsibilities
Manage and develop business across the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire recent franchisees, collection centres and channel partners.
Generate leads and close franchise/business opportunities.
Develop business from doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and corporate healthcare clients.
Build solid relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
Support franchise onboarding and coordination.
Achieve sales, revenue and franchise acquisition targets.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Territory Sales, Franchise Development or Healthcare Marketing.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Positive network with doctors, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is mandatory.
Android smartphone is mandatory.
Immediate joiners preferred.
