About the Role

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors in a qualified manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support office staff with day-to-day administrative duties.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
