Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Steward to join our cafe in Sultanpur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to lead the stewarding team while ensuring exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to guests professionally, ensuring high service standards at all times
Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
Handle guest queries, special requests, and complaints politely and efficiently
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene as per restaurant standards
Assist in training new stewards on service procedures and customer interaction
Coordinate with the restaurant manager for smooth daily operations
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Steward / Senior Steward in a restaurant or hotel




Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Ability to lead by example and work well under pressure
Valuable knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette
Well-groomed, presentable, and qualified attitude

Preferred Candidate
Experience in casual dining or fine-dining restaurants
Familiar with POS systems and basic billing procedures
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
