Key Responsibilities
Patient Monitoring: Track vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels), respiratory status, and neurological functions hourly.
Clinical Care: Administer medications, manage intravenous (IV) lines, handle parenteral/enteral nutrition, and assist with ventilators or incubators.
Infection Control & Developmental Care: Maintain strict hygiene to protect vulnerable infants, position babies in simulated womb-like nests, and reduce light and noise overstimulation.
Family Education & Support: Teach parents vital skills like feeding, diaper changing, and administering medications, while offering compassionate emotional guidance.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate care plans with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and social workers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
