Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate new sales leads through tele-calling and follow-up activities.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain company products, features, applications, and perks to prospective customers.
Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, application, and purchase timeline.
Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and calls between prospects and the sales team.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper records of interactions.
Coordinate with Sales Engineers and the Sales Team for lead conversion.
Maintain customer information and follow-up status in CRM/Excel.
Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Reactivate old/inactive leads through systematic follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with customers.
Prepare regular reports regarding calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Good Hindi and English communication; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
Confident and persuasive telephone communication.




Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM software.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to understand technical/industrial products after training.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Diploma/12th pass candidates with solid communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Experience
0–2 years in tele-calling, inside sales, lead generation, business development, or customer support preferred.
Experience in B2B/industrial sales, machinery, engineering, or manufacturing products will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of outbound calls per day.
Qualified leads generated.
Customer follow-ups completed.
Meetings/demonstrations scheduled.
Lead-to-chance conversion.
Sales contribution/revenue generated.
Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/lead records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
