Job Responsibilities:
Contact customers regarding outstanding dues and pending payments.
Follow up with customers for payment recovery.
Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.
Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
Follow company collection policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the team for timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Eligibility:
12th Pass / Graduate
Collection/Recovery experience preferred.
Collection background mandatory for Non-DRA candidates.
DRA-certified candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
