Supervise and coordinate production activities and workers on the production floor.
Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet output targets.
Ensure products meet quality standards and company specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a secure working workplace.
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
Manage employee attendance, work assignments, and performance.
Minimize production downtime, waste, and operational costs.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Coordinate with quality assurance, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify process improvement prospects to increase productivity and efficiency.
Timing 9.00 am to 7.00 pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
