Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in building construction

Job Responsibilities
Execute site work as per GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings.
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily construction activities.
Review work progress against the project schedule.
Ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
Monitor and control material wastage and project costs.
Coordinate and allocate work fronts to subcontractors in advance.
Forecast material requirements and raise material indents as per the work schedule.
Ensure compliance with site safety standards and implement necessary precautions.




Prepare weekly subcontractor bills based on actual work executed.
Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Conduct regular meetings with site staff to review daily activities.
Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
Perform any additional construction-related duties assigned by the Managing Director.

Required Skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good knowledge of site execution and quality standards.
Robust planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
