Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused School Mentor to guide and support students preparing for NEET, JEE, and Class 11–12 Board exams.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor students’ academic performance, attendance, and discipline.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and motivation.
Identify learning gaps and coordinate appropriate interventions.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress.
Coordinate with faculty and academic teams.
Maintain student records, performance reports, and progress updates.
Mentor and manage a group of 35+ students.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
Knowledge of Class 11–12 Board, NEET, and JEE curriculum.
Robust communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively manage and support multiple students.
Prior mentoring or academic support experience is preferred.
