Job Description / Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain QC, Process, and Production reports on a regular basis.
Ensure proper quality checks and process compliance as per defined standards.
Support the NPD (New Product Development) team in developing and improving products.
Assist in the re-design and modification of existing products based on requirements.
Evaluate and support the assessment of alternative materials for product improvement and cost optimization.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth implementation of process and product changes.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality, production, and process activities.
Identify process-related issues and support the team in implementing corrective and preventive actions.




Prepare presentations and reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of quality control and production processes.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand engineering drawings and mechanical components.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at the Roorkee manufacturing plant.
Freshers with relevant academic/project experience can also apply.
