Black Masterbatch Division

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Executive for our Black Masterbatch manufacturing plant. The selected candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, breakdown handling, machine upkeep, spare management, and maintaining mechanical reliability of the plant.

Mechanical Maintenance Executive

Experience Required
3–10 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
Manufacturing plant experience mandatory
Experience in plastics/masterbatch industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Maintenance
Handle complete mechanical maintenance activities across the plant
Perform:
Preventive maintenance
Predictive maintenance
Breakdown maintenance
Ensure smooth functioning of all production equipment

Equipment Knowledge

Knowledge preferred in:
Twin screw extruders
Kneader systems
Pelletizers
Gearboxes
Bearings
Feeders
Mixers
Pneumatic systems
Conveying systems
Cooling systems
Utility equipment

Maintenance Scheduling
Create and follow detailed maintenance schedules
Maintain:
PM checklists
Breakdown records
Machine maintenance history
Lubrication schedules
Ensure timely completion of maintenance activities

Spare Parts Management




Maintain critical spare parts inventory
Track spare consumption
Identify low stock levels
Coordinate procurement of required spare parts in advance

Breakdown Analysis & Reliability
Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly
Reduce repetitive machine failures
Improve machine reliability and plant uptime

Safety & Shop-Floor Discipline
Follow protected maintenance practices
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in maintenance areas

Desired Skills
Robust practical mechanical troubleshooting skills
Hands-on industrial maintenance experience
Organized and disciplined working style
Preventive maintenance mindset

Educational Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Role Expectation

The maintenance team will play a critical role in ensuring smooth plant operations through strong preventive maintenance systems, fast breakdown response, proper spare management, and high machine reliability across the Black Masterbatch manufacturing facility.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
