Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to joining. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, candidate-handling, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to management.




Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience.

Requirements
Previous experience in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good sourcing, screening, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Robust follow-up and candidate-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment/CRM software.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
