Travel Key Solutions is looking for a energetic and responsible HR Manager to manage our growing team and support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, travel consultants, drivers, and other staff.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Develop and implement company HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives, and performance-related matters.
Conduct employee performance reviews and support career development.
Manage joining formalities, employee ID cards, agreements, and exit processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
Organize employee training, meetings, and team-building activities.




Work closely with management to support business growth and manpower planning.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–6 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in recruitment and team management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, facility management, or service industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
