Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Trims & Wiring Harness Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in automotive trims and wiring harness design. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of automotive components, wiring harness development, and relevant design tools.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training on Automotive Trims and Wiring Harness Design.
Train candidates on wiring harness concepts, routing, packaging, connectors, terminals, clips, and fastening components.
Explain automotive electrical and wiring harness standards, design processes, and documentation.
Provide hands-on training using industry-relevant CAD and wiring harness design software.
Train students on 2D/3D modelling and design of automotive trim components.




Guide learners through real-time and project-based assignments.
Prepare training materials, exercises, assessments, and practical projects.
Support students in understanding industry practices and design methodologies.
Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Automotive Trims and Wiring Harness Design.
Understanding of automotive electrical systems and wiring architecture.
Knowledge of connectors, terminals, clips, grommets, tapes, conduits, and harness routing.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
