The Civil CAD Trainer is responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training in Civil Engineering CAD software, developing students' technical skills, guiding them through projects, and ensuring they are prepared for relevant industry and job prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and software-based sessions for Civil CAD courses.
Train students in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and other relevant Civil Engineering software based on the assigned course curriculum.
Explain concepts clearly through practical demonstrations, exercises, and project-based learning.
Prepare and deliver lessons according to the approved syllabus and training schedule.
Provide practical assignments and monitor students' progress regularly.
Evaluate students through assignments, assessments, practical tests, and project work.
Identify students who require additional technical support and provide appropriate guidance.
Guide students in developing industry-relevant Civil CAD projects and portfolios.
Ensure students gain practical knowledge and are able to independently execute assigned drawings and modelling tasks.
Coordinate with the Technical Head regarding syllabus completion, student performance, and technical requirements.
Stay updated with current industry practices, software updates, and relevant Civil Engineering CAD standards.
Maintain qualified conduct and ensure a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Diplomo B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
Experience: 0–1 years of relevant industry or training experience preferred.
Candidates with robust practical software knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
