About the Role

Dr JPS Classes is looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced Girls Hostel Warden to manage and maintain a safe, disciplined, and supportive hostel environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day activities and well-being of hostel students.
Maintain discipline, safety, cleanliness, and proper hostel routines.
Monitor student attendance, movements, and hostel regulations.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and management when required.
Handle student concerns and ensure a positive and supportive atmosphere. - Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams when necessary.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and hostel-related issues. Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a hostel warden, preferably in an educational institution, NEET/JEE coaching centre, or similar organisation.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, patient, approachable,



and capable of handling students professionally.
Ability to manage hostel operations and maintain discipline.
Candidates with expertise in NEET-related subjects will be given priority.
Previous experience in an entrance coaching centre will be an added advantage.
