We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.




Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer and joining.
Follow up with selected candidates and support offer negotiations.
Conduct reference and background checks when required.
Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable employment regulations.
Provide a smooth and skilled candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
