Job Title: AutoCAD Draftswoman (1–3 Years Experience)

We are a growing Architecture & Interior Design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and apartment projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated AutoCAD Draftswoman to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD
Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings
Prepare municipality submission drawings and approval drawings
Develop electrical, plumbing, and structural coordination drawings
Revise drawings based on design changes and client feedback
Coordinate with architects, designers, site engineers, and consultants
Maintain drawing standards, layers, and documentation systematically
Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation (basic level)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design




2–3 years of experience in an architectural or interior firm
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of building materials and construction details
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Good understanding of working drawings and site execution drawings
Attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
Knowledge of SketchUp / Revit
Experience in apartment or residential project drawings
Basic understanding of Kerala Municipality building rules
Site coordination experience
