Job Description

Kimakshi is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce growth.

The candidate should be capable of planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase website traffic, online sales, brand awareness, and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for the Kimakshi website and social media platforms.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Create campaigns focused on website traffic, leads, conversions, and online sales.
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to achieve better ROAS and conversions.
Work on SEO and improve website visibility on search engines.
Manage social media marketing and create strategies to increase engagement and followers.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, banners, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Plan and execute seasonal sales, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze website traffic and customer behavior using analytics tools.




Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Suggest new strategies to increase online orders and grow the brand.

Required Skills
3–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Experience with Facebook & Instagram advertising
Valuable knowledge of Google Ads
Knowledge of SEO, SEM and website marketing
Experience with Google Analytics and performance tracking
Understanding of e-commerce marketing and conversion optimization
Ability to manage campaigns independently
Strong analytical and communication skills

Candidate Requirements
Only candidates with 3–4 years of relevant experience should apply.
Experience in e-commerce or fashion industry will be preferred.
Must have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
Should be result-oriented and focused on generating website traffic and sales.
