Babytrails Photography is looking for a Client Experience Executive!

We’re looking for someone who can turn a straightforward enquiry into a lovely client experience from the first “Hello” to the final delivery.

What you’ll be doing:
Be the friendly face & voice our clients connect with
Handle enquiries, calls, messages & meetings
Understand what our clients need and make them feel heard
Coordinate shoots, schedules & photographers
Guide clients through their entire photography journey
Keep track of bookings, CRM, payments & client details




Collect feedback and help us make every experience even better
