Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, and a high-performing team. This role is responsible for staff management, financial performance, quality control, and maintaining a positive dining workplace.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to maintain stock accuracy.
Maintain equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Leadership and team-building skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
